Only what you type into one of our two forms.

• Quote form: your name, email address, phone number, postcode, property type, ownership situation, what you are interested in, an optional monthly bill figure and an optional message.
• Contact form: your name, email address, an optional phone number and your message.

We do not run analytics, advertising or tracking scripts on this site, and we do not set cookies. If you switch the site between light and dark appearance, that preference is stored in your own browser and is never sent to us.

The calculator runs entirely in your browser. The postcode, bill figure and property type you enter are not transmitted to us and are not stored anywhere. They reach us only if you then choose to submit the quote form, at which point they are carried across so you do not have to type them twice.

We use your details solely to answer the enquiry you made and, where you asked for one, to arrange a survey and provide a quotation. Our lawful basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the quote form, and our legitimate interest in responding to a direct enquiry made through the contact form. We do not use your details for marketing, we do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not sell or share them with third parties for their own purposes.

Form submissions are delivered by email through Resend, our email provider, acting as our processor. Emails are then held in our business mailbox. This website is hosted by [hosting provider]. Where any provider processes data outside the UK, appropriate safeguards apply.

Enquiries that do not become customers are kept for [12 months] and then deleted. Where you become a customer, we keep records for as long as we need them to support the installation and meet our legal, warranty and tax obligations, which is typically [6 years] after the work is complete.

You have the right to ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive it in a portable format.
